About Larry Gassin
Larry H.
Gassin, CPA is co-founder of Advanced
Coaching Solutions, an Orange County California-based organization that specializes
in training, consulting and coaching in the areas of business growth and
success for organizations, executives, and individuals as well as providing
coached training in corporate management, sales, communications and
organizational development. He is
also the founder and Head Coach of The
Executive Business Gym, the Attorneys’
Business Gym and the CPA Business
Gym – three “business schools” where the respective clients receive
training, consulting and coaching in “10 Key Strategies to Create More
Profit in Less Time,” and how to take themselves, their businesses and
their teams to a higher level of performance and balance. Larry is an author and speaker with over
20 years of experience as a professional business, executive and leadership
coach.
Larry has extensive
experience at international "Big 4", national and local
accounting/consulting firms which provided tremendous "hands-on"
expertise working with executives and management team members of some of
the largest companies and professional firms in the world as well as with
highly creative entrepreneurs. While at the then largest of
the Big 4 firms, he was selected as one of eleven firm members from across
the U.S.A. to develop a
special litigation consulting practice and was integrally involved in a
variety of major historic litigation matters including U.S. v. IBM
and U.S.
v. ABC, CBS. He has also served
as an expert witness in business litigations. While head of his own consulting, tax and
accounting firm, he successfully competed on numerous occasions
against Big 4 and large regional and local firms for new clients, including
a high-tech subsidiary of DuPont Corporation and some technology innovation
enterprises, winning the clients’ business.
Larry also
has in-depth entrepreneurial experience as the President and CEO of
an energy systems technologies company he founded
in 1990 that has done business with resorts, major hotels, restaurants,
major shopping malls, hospitals, apartment complexes, manufacturing
facilities and homeowners across the nation. Specific
clients have included Marriott, Embassy Suites and Doubletree hotels, South Coast
Plaza shopping mall, Texaco/Shell,
and Citadel National Management Company, among others.
Larry has known the extremes of victory and success as
well as struggle and stress and has passionately committed his career to
helping others succeed. He states, “Hope is great. But hoping that things might
