Got Goals?
John
Goddard, at the age of 15, wrote down 127
goals on his "Life List" of all the things he wanted to experience
in this world during his lifetime.
That single act probably placed him ahead of 90% of people in terms
of increasing the likelihood of achieving them. (See The
Documented Significance of Written Goals ). Accomplishment of just a few of these
things would create an extraordinary life for most people. Nearly six decades later, he has accomplished
109 of the items on his list (plus many additional ones added along the
way), having chronicled many of his adventures and accomplishments in
places like National Geographic, Life, and Reader’s Digest.
Are there some goals you or your
team has been unable to accomplish?
More significantly, are there some goals you’ve avoided identifying,
refused ownership, or need to accomplish but are hesitant to attempt? Why not contact
Larry to arrange for a dynamic seminar
or workshop on “setting and getting your goals” or join one of his coaching programs to
create uncommon success and make it your common companion?
Goddard’s
list is below. An asterisk denotes that the goal has been achieved.
Don’t
compare yourself – simply “be inspired and take action.”
